Exchange / Return Policy

Please note that due to the nature of our products, ALL items are a FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges or returns unless the merchandise is received damaged. In the event that merchandise is damaged, please notify us via email at info@shopdeepend.com within 48 hrs of receiving your order.

We stand by our products and will be more than happy to issue an exchange and/or refund in the original method of payment. Please note Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and therefore we do not cover shipping costs on returns. Damages caused by oils, chlorine, hot tubs etc are NOT the responsibility of deepEND. ALL SALE and worn merchandise is not eligible for an exchange and or refund. ALL swimwear and cover ups should be hand washed and hung to dry.
