HOW DO I CONTACT deepEND?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. 

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE? 
Once you are done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You always have the opportunity to review the items you have added to your Cart by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You can also checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" hyperlink located on any single item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you can adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, as well as remove any items you wish to no longer purchase followed by clicking "Update Bag" after all quantity adjustments/ changes have been made.


HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process. Please note, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

ITEM AVAILABILITY 
Item availability is listed  on each product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to your cart. Note, colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we do our best to maintain an accurate inventory of all stock, in the event that you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will notify you via email. Any and all changes made to your order will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. Please note, sale product will not be restocked. 

DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?
We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We have also added a new size chart for your reference. Be sure to review the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. As deepEND offers curated styles from more than one vendor, please note the size chart is a general guide and sizing can vary based on cut and style of product. If you find that you are between sizes or need assistance choosing the correct size, please contact us via email and we'll be more than happy to assist.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept cash and EMT for Local Pick Up Orders.

As of March 1st 2021, customers will have the option to Buy Now, Pay Later via Sezzle.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Upon successfully completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation emaiI from us. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email. The shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your order. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for orders to be processed prior to shipping. Please note once shipped, delivery within Canada can take up to 10 business days and up to 15+ business days to the United States and Internationally. 
deepEND does NOT ship on weekends or Canadian Holidays. ALL Orders placed on the weekend or on a Holiday will be processed the next business day. Please note deepEND is NOT responsible for any Tax and or Duty charges imposed on your order. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
deepEND is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier (Canada Post) will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address if you do not have a mailbox. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us via email or Canada Post to notify us.

deepEND Xclusives COLLECTIONS 
deepEND 
Xclusives collections are just that, XCLUSIVE. As such, only a limited mount wll be produced and there will be no restock of any styles and sizes once sold out. 

deepEND Xclusives SIZING 
All deepEND 
Xclusives swimwear are made with four way stretch material, so you can feel confident ordering in your size. Our deepEND Xclusives collection is currently available in sizes small to extra large. 

CUSTOMIZED SIZING
deepEND 
Xclusives is pleased to offer the option to order different sizing for both your top and bottom so that you can have the perfect desired fit. Please note this option does have a longer processing time as we currently only hold stock in swimwear with matching sizes.

deepEND Xclusives ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for deepEND 
Xclusives swimwear (except those with customized sizing), is two (2) to four (4) business days. Orders placed alongside our sister brand deepEND will be shipped together.

All deepEND 
Xclusives swimwear items are a FINAL sale. Please ensure you select the correct size, colour and quantity before completing your order.

deepEND Xclusives PRE-ORDERS
All deepEND 
Xclusives pre-order items will have a longer processing time as they will be shipped closer to the collection release date. Shipping dates will be listed in the product description box. Please note pre-orders can NOT be cancelled.
