Shipping Policy

 

deepEND ships worldwide! We offer domestic shipping at a flat rate of $15.00 CAD and a flat rate of $25.00 CAD (approx. $19.00 USD) to the United States. We offer FREE shipping on all orders $100.00 CAD and up in Canada & USA. Shipping is available at a flat rate of $35.00 CAD Internationally. Please note if it is an international order (outside of Canada & USA) and  you would like a tracking number, please contact us via email prior to ordering as the shipping cost will vary based on location. 

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for orders to be processed prior to shipping. Once shipped, delivery within Canada can take up to 10 business days and up to 15+ business days to the United States and Internationally. 

deepEND is also pleased to offer FREE local pickups. Please note the pick up location is in Pickering, Ontario. Customers will receive an email confirming time and date for pick up once their order has been processed. (1-3 days processing time). Pleas note, Pick Up is only available Monday to Friday. 

Need to place an order last minute? Can't wait for it to be shipped? Don't have time to pick it up? deepEND is happy to introduce our Local Delivery option (Flat rate cost $5.00 CAD) Local Delivery occurs within a strict radius and only qualifying postal codes are eligible. Processing time for orders are 24-48 hours. Minimum purchase of $50.00 CAD required.

deepEND does NOT ship on weekends or Canadian Holidays. ALL orders placed on the weekend or on a Holiday will be processed the next business day. Please note deepEND is NOT responsible for any Tax and or Duty charges imposed on your order. deepEND does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. In the event, that your package is lost or stolen please contact your local carrier to inquire.
